Today I experienced the most pleasant experience. My daughter was having problems with her water heater leaking. I called two or three other plumbing companies in the phone book, but didn't feel comfortable with their sales approach. When I asked questions, they were evasive with their answers and only seemed interested in getting their technician to the job. When I called Herrell Plumbing, all my questions were answered efficiently, and I obtained the cost of replacing the water heater. I set an appointment, but received a call back within a few minutes stating that a technician was in the immediate area and would be at our location within 20 minutes. The technician "Daniel" showed up and promptly diagnosed the situation as a much lesser problem than I had thought. Even though I had expected to pay for a new water heater, the repair work was $140 and saved my daughter roughly $500. Daniel was fast and efficient in his service was well as a pleasure to talk with. I was so overcome with the honesty and trust gained with Daniel, that I asked for Herrell Plumbing business cards to share with my family and friends. Congratulations to your business for its honesty and integrity. It is extremely refreshing to discover a business I feel that I can trust.

The hose spigot was leaking and I thought I might be able to fix it. Well, I managed to make the leak worse; in fact, I was emptying a full bucket every 10 min. I called Herrell Plumbing because they have done great work for us in the past. The person on the phone was professional,courteous, and efficient. I was surprised and grateful that someone was going to be coming that day. A little over and hour later, Robert came to the house. He fixed the problem and was also professional, courteous, and efficient. He explained what he did and even took a call from me the next day when I had questions about the vacuum breaker. Every time I've called Herrell Plumbing, Robert is the one to come to the house. It's nice to have that continuity. I don't know if that is on purpose, or if it has just worked out that way. The company has a coupon in the Angie's List publication and I got $20 off of the service call!

This was unexpected. I had a leak develop by my meter and I received a high water bill this month. Called water company and they told us we had a leak. I looked on Angie's list and saw that Herrell Plumbing had a good rating. I printed the coupon and they were there within the hour after I called. This was totally unexpected and we were happy with the service received.

We found Herrell on Angie’s List. The repipe job they did was excellent. I couldn’t have been happier. I am a firm believer in Angie’s List. I’ve been picked here so many times by the people down here; everybody is a crook and it just worked out great when I went on Angie’s List. I looked at the company that had the most number of reviews and the best reviews and called Herrell Plumbing up. I’ve never had such great service. I never saw a plumbing company like them. Herrell brought in a big crew to re-plumb the house in a day. At the end of the day, Red had all his employees line up in my hallway and shake my hand and thank me for the job. Not many people would do that nowadays. That’s how good Red was. When my wife came in, every one of the employees went up to her and introduced themselves to her. It was exceptional and they went above and beyond.

Have been a customer for years. Wow, Bobby was great. Sometimes you find a service person who cares about the people as well as doing the job. You've got a star in Bobby!

Eric gave me confidence that the installation would be well executed. He was also very meticulous, everything looked great!
